Loft of more than 100 m2 completely rehabilitated with full of details that make it totally unique. Located on the second floor without elevator, under a double deck with exposed wooden beams. Located on Calle Major de Palamós, an artery of the municipality that has all spaces and services very close: beaches, shops, restaurants, culture, nature… and less than 5 minutes on foot from the yacht clubs, Playa Gran and of public car parks.

It has two double rooms, which can be presented with double beds or two single beds.

It also has a travel bed for babies and an extra bed, all with prior request.

Two full bathrooms with shower, one for each room.

Ceramic hob and microwave with grill. Capsule coffee maker. All the necessary utensils and small appliances such as a toaster, blender, kettle, and juicer.

Washer dryer.

Wide spaces with Wi-Fi, a TV and Google Chrome.

Located in a pedestrian area with all services (shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, museums, parks)

The apartment is presented with bedding, towels, amenities (shower gel, shampoo, hand soap), coffee capsules, herbal teas, and water.

Cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for stays of up to one week. For stays longer than a week, the change of bed linen, towels and cleaning by Majoram are carried out weekly.

The extra cleanings within the periods of stay that the clients request, will be borne by said clients, with a cost that is specified in the rates.
The price includes VAT and tourist taxes.
